Major K. Laing (pronounced Lang) is my nom de plume, fittng nicely with Kangkalang - which I started 04 April 2010 after discussions with the 'marmite' Captain Walker. We go back a long way. I'm new to blogging so in the early stages I will rely on the Captain to take me through it all.
Kangkalang is a word that does not exist in conventional English dictionaries. It originates in Trinidad & Tobago and has several meanings depending on it's context and usage. Most commonly kangkalang refers to 'confusion'. But 'confusion' does not have the same nuance of meanings as in conventional English.
At Kangkalang, chaos, confusion, injustice, waste and bobol will be exposed. This will be done brutally - and none shall escape! With the Captain and I as a team, you can bet there will be trouble. Stay tuned!
